Personal growth is an essential element in an employee’s level of job satisfaction, which is why we have developed a rigorous training program to challenge our employees and prepare them for the dynamic industry of property management. Our in-house training program is designed to empower and prepare our employees at every level of management.
Training courses are offered throughout the month, and are specifically designed to meet the needs of our growing employees. These classes are held both on-site at individual properties, and at the corporate office, in order to best address the crowd in attendance. Courses and content range from New Hire training, with a focus on policy and company culture, to quarterly management meetings designed to provide continual training and assistance to each of our upper management, on-site representatives. These meetings focus on pertinent areas, and current events that impact both site staff and residents. Guest speakers are also an important element of these training sessions, as they provide the group with an expert-prospective on carefully selected material
