Company History

Allied Group, Inc. was created as a for-profit corporation in September 1987, and was designated as an Accredited Management Organization (AMO®) in November 1992, an honor received by an elite few property management companies. Since inception, Allied has steadily increased the size and value of our management portfolio, managing properties for individuals, investors, real estate syndicates, developers, non-profit agencies, and local government housing authorities. Allied does not own any of the assets that it manages.

A team approach is taken to the management of each community. Senior management works closely with the individual site management team to provide added expertise, monitor project performance, and ensure that each property is managed to the highest standards. Corporate support is also an important component of our success at Allied; our skilled compliance and accounting departments, as well as administrative team are committed to providing exceptional quality control and support to each community.
